With a distinguished medical career spanning over 40 years in El Paso, Dr. Dwayne Aboud is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine specialist and the visionary behind L’Esthetique MedSpa. For decades, he has been a leader in the local medical community, specializing in complex patient care and chronic disease management. For the past 9 years, he has applied that extensive clinical background to lead our spa’s medical and wellness programs.
A true pillar of the community, Dr. Aboud is also the Founder of the Border Youth Athletic Association (BYAA) and holds the unique honor of being the first medical doctor inducted into the El Paso Baseball Hall of Fame. Whether he is managing medical weight loss or supporting local youth sports, Dr. Aboud’s mission remains centered on professional excellence, patient safety, and a deep heart for the people of El Paso.

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
Dr.Preece, DO, FACOI, FACP, dipABOM, dipABLM, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with advanced training and board certifications in obesity and lifestyle medicine. She works with patients on medical weight loss and metabolic health using evidence-based, personalized treatment plans designed to support sustainable results.

Registered Nurse
Tonya Serie, moved to El Paso from Kentucky in the summer of 2024. She is a highly experienced Registered Nurse specializing in advanced aesthetic medicine, and she brings a rare blend of clinical excellence and artistic precision to her patients. Her mission is simple: to enhance natural beauty while prioritizing safety, and exceptional outcomes.
While in Kentucky, Tonya served as the Lead Nurse Injector at a busy cosmetic plastic surgery office. Tonya is recognized for her mastery of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP services, micro-needling, facial treatments, and knowledge of medical-grade skincare. She has played a critical role in peer training and mentoring, helping to shape the next generation of nurses.
