At L’Esthetique Med Spa, we aim to provide a seamless, professional experience for every guest. Please review our spa policies to understand appointment procedures, payment expectations, and guidelines that help us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all patients.
Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. The card will not be charged unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of a no-show. In such cases, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied.
We understand that life happens, but arriving late can affect your scheduled treatment and the experience of other guests. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate the next guest, or it may be rescheduled. We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.
All services are due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and select financing options. Package or pre-paid treatments must be used according to their expiration and usage guidelines. Gift cards are accepted as payment toward treatments or retail purchases but are not redeemable for cash.
Patients must be at least 18 years of age for most treatments. Certain services may have additional requirements or require parental/guardian consent for minors. Please speak with our team prior to scheduling to confirm eligibility for specific treatments.
Due to the nature of our services, treatments are non-refundable. Gift cards and packages may not be exchanged for cash. Retail products purchased at L’Esthetique Med Spa may be returned within 15 days with a receipt, provided the items are unopened and in original condition. Please contact our team for assistance with returns.
To ensure a safe and welcoming environment, we ask that all guests respect our team and other patients. Cell phones should be silenced during treatments, and appropriate attire is required. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or disrupts the comfort and safety of others.
