What are rollover benefits?
We get it, sometimes life gets crazy and you may not be able to schedule your monthly treatment. Unused services may roll over to the following month, for a maximum of 1 month.
Is there a contract or minimum commitement?
Memberships require a 2 month minimum commitment. After 3 months you may cancel with 30 days notice.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please call our office to cancel your membership. Membership cancellations require a 30 day notice.
